that's headed for the chicago area. and tomorrow's high temperature will probably occur after midnight tonight. it's going to be cooler during the day than it will be during the overnight hours. these are the temperatures at this hour across the reach and see, it's still toasty out there. 83 presently at o'hare airport. in case you're curious, heat index is 84 at o'hare airport. we've got some winds coming out of the south as you see. they are brisk. they're moving along at about 15-25 miles per hour. and there continue to be impressive wind gusts reported at some of the locations across the area. it's going to be blustery like this throughout the night. pick up again. this is the temperature forecast from the computer models suggesting the cold air coming in over the weekend. but finally some of this orange-ish red area sneaks back in to give ground in a few days. so we have chilly temperatures coming. daytime highs in the low to mid- 60s over the weekend. this has been a monstrous rain producer for parts of minnesota
